I ordered two foldable bikes with extra bonus bundles, and now this is the third time that I've been notified that there's going to be a delay again for the bundles. The estimated shipping time is sometime late in July of this year, hopefully.

I am canceling my order but the electric bikes' company wants to charge $540 to come pick up the bikes that were ordered, plus a $120 restocking fee each. It seems like a bait and switch operation they are running.

Please do not order anything from them, as it will save you a headache. I'm sure I have put in a claim with my credit card company to try and get my money back, which is approximately $2700, so stay away from them.

Help installing new baskets

I was missing hardware and an extension piece I needed. They were so helpful and so patient I looked thru all packaging material, empty boxes and I could not find the envelope they usually packed in the box. So the nice man on customer service said he would re-order the hardware I needed to attach my baskets and headlamp, FREE of charge. That is so rare these days to have no problem getting something replaced for free. Love Lectric Bikes I will recommend them as a stand behind their awesome bikes. I've bought 2 and I'm very , very happy with them

Tire problem

Rear tube valve core was clogged with slime and would not take air. I removed the valve core, cleaned it and then it took air. While airing it up I was not aware that the tube had gotten pinched between the tire and rim causing *** in the tube.

Opened box rear tire flat for awhile, crease on tire, straightened best could, won't fill , contacted by email sent pic, found hole in tube,slime patch and rubber glue, didn't lift a wrench, holding 35 psi . Do I get a new tube take it to lectric shop replace?

Back tire slick

Lectric eBikes - Back tire slick
The old tire lasted 1000 miles until the motor burned out . The new tire lasted 300 miles if that before it was completely bald. The air pressure was as it should be no leakes. Maybe the new tire with white letters is a softer tire. That was just to quick.

Charger indicates full charge, monitor panel only stays on a second. Deraileur malsdjusted, as are the brakes. Also the original seat postclamp was a failure bike was purchased and delivered in April '. Any ideas. Fairly disappointing. Oder # 458677 Order # 458677
